RETURNS/EXCHANGES

- Please follow the simple instructions at our Return Portal - click the linkhere.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item.

- The email will notify you of your return/exchange approval or rejection of your exchange.

- Items from separate orders cannot be returned within the same package, combining orders will slow down the refund process!

- We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on hats, due to hygiene reasons.-

- We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been worn or washed.

- ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair will NOT be accepted and sent back to the shipper at their expense.

- ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.

- Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs related to the exchange of your product.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer.

- All exchanges must be returned within 45 days of delivery.

- Any returns made after these periods may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address.

- Refunds are available for any items with manufacturing defects or unopened products.

- ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.

- We are so sorry to hear you have received a defective item! Please send the following info to support@alphaclothing.co :

          - Your Full Name

          - Order Number

          - Name of Defective Item

          - Clear photos of the item(s)

          - Please do not send back the defective item until we resolve the issue. This can delay the process.

- No. Exchanges are only for items of equal and lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will provide an online credit for the difference.

- If the item you want to exchange is of higher value, you will be sent a gift card for the amount of your exchanged item(s). That way you can pay the difference of the higher priced item and also apply the gift card.

SHIPPING / ORDERS

- Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

- Please be advised, receiving an "order confirmation" via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock.

- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

- While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Alpha Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

- If there is no one present to accept your package, it will still be left at your residence.

- Alpha Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

- Domestic (U.S.)

          - Most USA orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

          - Standard shipping 3-5 business days

          - Express shipping 1-3 business days

- International

          - Most International orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

          - Due to customs clearance, some orders may take up to several weeks.

- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make ANY product or size changes.

- Once an order had been placed we also cannot make any address changes.

- We cannot cancel or combine orders once they are placed.

- *If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

- This means one of two things:

          - It is being processed currently or the courier missed the initial scan when they picked up your order.

          - Tracking will be updated as soon as the courier scans the shipment.

- Orders placed before 11am CST will be processed the same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

- Orders placed after 11am CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

- If you placed an order after 11am CST on a Friday, it will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

- If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it please first check with any surrounding neighbors for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

- If you had your order delivered to a work place, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel.

- Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost.

- Once the package has been returned to our Warehouse, we will reach out to the customers in regards to any address issues.

- Once the package is returned to us, please allow 2-4 business days to reship.

- When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures. This can cause delays beyond our control and push the delivery date beyond the original delivery estimates.

- International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country. We have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur.

- Refusing to Pay Customs

- If your package is sent back to us the order will be cancelled & refunded.

- Your order will also incur a shipping & processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.

- Please allow 3-7 business days for refunds to appear back on your account.

- Orders process within 1-3 business days.

- If your express order is ever late, we will immediately refund any shipping charges.

- Orders may also take up to another 48 hours to show a tracking update online.

- All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email that provides you a tracking number.

- If you did not receive a tracking link within 1-3 days of your order, please check your Junk/Spam folders, as they sometimes end up in there.

- If you still cannot find your shipping email from us please contact us support@alphaclothing.co, and we'll provide one for you.

GENERAL / PAYMENTS

- Gift cards will never expire as long as there's a balance.

- All gift cards are sent via the email address that you provided.

- If you want to purchase a gift card please click here.

- Gift cards CANNOT be refunded.

- If an item is out of stock you can sign up to be notified when we receive the item. Simply go to the product page and select the sold out size. A window will pop up to enter your email address.
