Returning item(s) for an exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning item(s) and for the parcel itself until it reaches Alpha Clothing Co. premises. We highly recommend sending returns on a recorded delivery service to avoid any issues with the return reaching us. However, this is at customer's’ discretion.

Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs  related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks, due to hygiene reasons.

  • We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been washed.

  • ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair will NOT be accepted.

  • ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.

  • Refunds are available for any items with manufacturing defects or unopened products.




If you believe your product is defective, please email our support by replying to the original “order confirmation” email that we sent you. You will be asked to send photos and, if deemed faulty, we may ask you to return the item for quality control purposes.
Postage costs to return faulty goods will be covered, as we will provide a return label.





Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised, receiving an “order confirmation” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. We will notify you by email when your package is picked up by the postal service.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Alpha Clothing Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
If there is no one present to accept your package, it will still be left at your house. Alpha Clothing Co. cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard Service.
*Orders, shipped via Standard, can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.



We aim to meet the delivery times advertised but during busy sale periods, this isn’t always possible. Delivery/dispatch times may be extended during this period, but we’ll work to keep this as minimal as possible.

Force majeure events, i.e. extreme weather, postal strikes etc., may also affect delivery times but we will do our best to keep our customers informed should a delay become apparent.
